Overall Review: Been using Turbo Tax for over 10yrs and its improved through the years. I prefer the download version verses the online one. Pros: Very easy to use it, step to step guide, try to make you a maximal deduction. Overall Review: I use Turbo Tax for six years to prepare my tax returns, and during this period I've never have any bad experience. Pros: Schedule C is available in this version again Mostly works like previous years aside from I doubt if there's a better package out there alas.
Overall Review: If you don't need to either send or receive the misc form, you should be fine. I had thought this was only an issue in the Deluxe version, but someone posted on the Intuit customer help page that it is happening on Home and Business as well.
Intuit seems to think that their 'Community' page is an adequate substitute for real tech support -- not so. I am basically a one-woman business with one 'employee' who helps me out one day a week, seasonally, and is paid as a contractor -- shouldn't be too complicated, but apparently it is. After the fiasco of removing functionality from the Deluxe product to force users to upgrade to Home and Business, Intuit has learned their lesson And to a large extent they probably can coast on the success of the previous versions, but the legacy of superlative customer service is at an end, as far as I can see.
